We practise various training disciplines for our overall wellbeing in class @Studio16, for example – strength, balance, stretch, tai chi, meditation and awareness (Aha Moments) etc…
Over time, an awareness of our body and the amazing ability for change becomes apparent as everyone unearths their inner strength to achieve their wellbeing goals.
Currently @Studio16 we are practising methods to discipline the connection of mind to body and body to mind, in particularly – whilst in a moving meditate state of mind – as this will excels our ability for change.
Studies and even your own experiences will confirm that:
Whenever we acknowledge to ourselves goals and then commit to attain what we want with positive thoughts and a clear direction – we achieve.
Our goals define who we are and what we can do.
Let’s apply the same passion to our wellbeing as we have throughout other aspects of our lives e.g. getting an education; careers; relationships; buying a home; raising a family; and so many other events in our lives that only happened because of your desire and commitment to it.
