@Studio16 you are guided by one trainer, Betty. She brings over 20 years of experience within the fitness industry and a lifetime of passion for fitness and health. She offers clients a unique experience when it comes to fitness training for life.

Betty has worked in various Sydney Fitness Centres as a personal trainer, group fitness trainer and programme co-ordinator and has also designed and conducted special needs programmes for children; the visually impaired; the elderly and children with cognitive impairment. Betty has worked in several Sydney Schools as a sports trainer and coach.

In 1997 Betty began her studies in the Pilates Method with PIA (Pilates Institute of Australasia) and is an Accredited International Instructor.

In 1995 started her training in Tai Chi with Master Gary Khor (The Australian Academy of Tai Chi) and continues to practice and teach this form of martial arts.

The studio is compact, private and designed for people who prefer a personalized approach to training. Functional training techniques are used in the floor classes and are designed to strengthen, shape and tone the body as well as to build core strength and increase flexibility.

Studio16 clients' age range from 23 to 72 years of age. Some are new to the concept of training and others have been training for years. Referrals by physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors have also introduced many clients.
